Dr. Basem Ghadban took his dental degree in Damascus in 2003, then a postgraduate degree in orthodontics in Dijon, France, and he runs the Invisalign work himself at Gold Plus provider level. Treatments and services

Hygiene, fillings, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges. Implants across the range: single-tooth work, full-arch All-on-X on four to eight fixtures, bone grafting, implant maintenance. Oral surgery, wisdom teeth included. Invisalign and conventional orthodontics. Cosmetic work — porcelain veneers, no-prep composite veneers, bonding, Zoom chairside whitening with a sensitivity-reducing fluoride paste and take-home trays. Technology

An iTero intraoral scanner replaces impression putty and builds the digital model the aligner plan is designed on, so the projected result is on screen before anything is agreed. Three-dimensional imaging reads jaw anatomy when implant positions are worked out; a soft-tissue laser handles the gum work.

The dentists

Five dentists share the chairs — Dr. Basem Ghadban, Dr. Normita Segunial, Dr. Marjan Marko Zdravkovski, Dr. Mohamad Wassim Al Akkad and Dr. Ghassan Omera — so a surgical case and an orthodontic one are closed in the same office, not by referral across the city. Dr. Ghadban has more than eighteen years at the chair and volunteers on dental missions to Guatemala and Cambodia.
